What is the weekly year view?
The standard year view fits your whole year into a compact grid. The new weekly view stretches that out so each row represents a single week, with days running across the columns. Every event appears exactly where it falls, making it easy to scan across weeks and spot patterns, gaps and busy periods at a glance.
It is particularly useful when your calendar has a lot happening and you want to see the detail without losing the big picture.

The weekly year view is included on all Year Glance plans, including the premium trial plan.
Pair it with hide out-of-office days
Here is a combination worth knowing about. If you use the hide out-of-office days setting, you can strip back the view to show only the working days of the week. For most teams, that means Monday to Friday, with the weekend columns removed entirely.
The result is a cleaner, more focused view of your actual working year, with no wasted space.
Print and share it
The weekly year view is fully printable, so you can take it off-screen when you need to. You can also share it using Year Glance's existing share and embed options, making it easy to send to your team, embed in an intranet, or display publicly on your website.
How to switch to the weekly view
Open your Year Glance calendar, select Year from the view menu, then choose Weekly from the dropdown.
