9. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to Year Glance, you agree to the following terms:

  • Subscription Period: Your subscription will be active for the period you select at the time of purchase (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Year Glance until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period. If your payment method fails, you will be given a grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not received, your access to Year Glance may be suspended or terminated.
  • Price Changes: Year Glance reserves the right to change subscription fees with prior notice. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods following the notice period.

 

10. Licensing Terms

By purchasing a license for Year Glance, you agree to the following terms:

  • License Scope: Each license grants you the right to use Year Glance for the number of users specified at the time of purchase. Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by more than the designated number of users.

  • License Duration: The license is valid for the period selected at the time of purchase. Licenses will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  • Usage Restrictions: You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the licensed materials. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, or creating derivative works based on Year Glance without prior written consent.

  • License Adjustments:

    • Adding Users: If you need to add more users/licenses during your subscription period, please contact our support team. Additional licenses will be billed pro-rata for the remaining period of your current subscription.
    • Removing Users: If you need to remove users/licenses, please notify our support team. Reductions in the number of licenses will take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for reducing the number of licenses during the current billing period.

  • License Termination: Year Glance reserves the right to terminate any license if there is a violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the licensed materials and destroy any copies in your possession.
